David Robinson serves as Founder, President, and CEO at DSM, Florida’s preferred Cloud provider. Through his visionary leadership, DSM has evolved over its 31-years into the industry trailblazer that it is known as today. Beginning in Central Florida, Mr. Robinson has built a network of disaster-free data centers that ensure the data of DSM clients’ remains secure, no matter the situation.
Always the problem solver, David has tackled projects spanning three continents, and has founded, incubated and matured 14 (and counting) technology startups. All of that is made possible because of his continued dedication, leadership, and development of DSM.
David is also integrally involved with a variety of projects that are dedicated to driving innovation in the Central Florida region for a sustainable future. These include the Central Florida High Tech Corridor Council and Florida Polytechnic University. In addition to that, he is a staple in the community for his philanthropic work; serving on the boards of numerous charitable organizations.
David received an education both abroad, and at University of South Florida.
Greg Madden is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at DSM and is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of leadership experience. As COO, he oversees all of DSM’s infrastructure, cloud operations, procedures, as well as the overall efficiency of the business. Prior to becoming COO, Greg held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Before joining DSM, Greg was a lifelong entrepreneur. The most recent venture was a technology startup that supported the charity golf tournament industry. After completing graduate school, Greg returned to Florida to help grow his family business to one of the top brand marketing firms in the country.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oral Roberts University, and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.
Karl Muehlberger, Chief Financial Officer at DSM, is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the technology field. As CFO, Karl is responsible for the financial activities of DSM, which includes financial reporting, contract approvals, financial strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and general accounting.
Over the last 16 years, Karl has been engaged at the management level in several technology start-up companies, primarily providing organizational and operational structure. These businesses were engaged in diverse fields ranging from industrial manufacturing, healthcare analytics, music and entertainment, and Internet services.
Karl’s career has also provided him with multi-national experience due to his involvement in several technology focused European ventures.
Educated in Austria, Karl holds a degree in Communications Engineering.
Franke Majowich, Vice President of Technology at DSM, is a well-versed technology expert with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. Majowich, who started working for DSM in 2001, has worked his way from Systems Engineer, to the VP level, and recently pioneered DSM's Miruma-powered M-Cloud: a world-class virtual private cloud solution engineered for reliability.
His responsibilities also include: developing short and long-term Information Systems strategies, developing new technology products with informed market research and understanding of resources, and prioritizing IT investments to support and accelerate the company’s growth.
Prior to DSM, Frankie worked as a Network Administrator at his Alma Mater. In this position he provided support for server, and network infrastructure that was utilized by 1500 users. He also managed the Microsoft Exchange infrastructure and deployed additional exchange servers to split the load across multiple servers, amongst other responsibilities.
Frankie holds B.S. degrees in Computer Science and in Mathematics from Florida Southern College.
Shelley Robinson is the Vice President of Human Resources and Special Projects at DSM. Her responsibilities as the VP of Human Resources include: organizational effectiveness, employee retention, establishing policies that promote company culture and vision, employee compensation, and recruiting. Along with HR duties, Shelley also helps to drive expansion at DSM with special projects.
Shelley helps to maintain DSM’s ‘people first’ motto by engaging with staff members regularly to hear what thoughts they may have about DSM, its leadership, the company’s direction, or anything else they feel is relevant.
Prior to DSM, Shelley was a Strategic Planning and Management consultant in the healthcare industry, primarily focused on creating integrated delivery systems between physicians, hospitals and insurers. After 10 years in the healthcare space, Shelley transitioned her focus to technology.
Shelley received her B.B.A. Marketing degree from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and her M.A. in Organizational Communication from the State University of New York at Albany.
